Thanks for applying for one of our available properties. All applicants over 18 must submit an individual application. If you are a co-signer on an application you must also submit an individual application. All fields must be complete, application fee paid, and supporting documents submitted for the application to be accepted and processed.
If you do not have a previous employer or previous address, explain that. The more information you provide the more assistance we can provide you. Minimal to no information will result in delayed or rejected applications.

In addition to this application, you need to email us a clear legible copy of your drivers license, your last 3 check stubs, your last 2 bank statements, a copy of your current lease, and a copy of your credit report or credit score before we will begin processing your application. If you’re self employed, we need the 2 previous years W-2’s, a copy of your business license, 4 months bank statements, as well as a copy of your credit report or credit score.
